How we use the details you send us through this website. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who we are
This website is run by Worklyflow Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16079786). We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Contact us about anything in this notice at hello@worklyflow.com.
What we collect and why
When you send a pilot request we receive what you enter in the form: your name, business email, company name, industry, approximate monthly invoice volume, how you check invoices today, your description of the problem (if you give one) and whether you are interested in the paid pilot.
We use it only to reply to you, to discuss whether the pilot fits your business and to understand demand for the service. We don’t sell it, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us. If you go ahead with a pilot, the documents you share and how they are handled are covered by a separate written agreement made before anything is sent.
Please don’t include invoices, purchase orders, bank details or other financial information in the form.
Who receives it
The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, an email delivery service. Our email is hosted by Hostinger. Both act on our behalf, and some of our service providers may process data outside the UK.
We don’t share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep what we need for that relationship and for our legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct it if it’s wrong
- delete it
- stop or restrict using it
Email hello@worklyflow.com and we’ll respond within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put it right first.
